1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this page and your registration for the free webinar it describes. By registering, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not register.
2. The webinar
The webinar is free of charge. Seats are limited and allocated in registration order. We will send your joining link to the email you provide. We may change the schedule, the speakers, or the format, and we may record the session; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email. We may refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion, for example where details appear inaccurate.
3. No earnings guarantee
Income figures on this page, including figures in dirhams, describe results achieved by specific agents in our group. They are not typical results, and they are not a promise or projection of what you will earn. Success as a real estate agent depends on your own work, skill, licensing, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control. You may earn nothing.
4. Not an offer of employment or advice
Registering for the webinar, attending it, or applying to the Glidai Agent Academy is not an offer of employment, a promise of acceptance, or the start of any employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Nothing on this page is financial, investment, legal, or immigration advice.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this page and the webinar, including text, images, video, and materials, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, distribute, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this page: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with its operation, no automated scraping of personal data, and no registering with someone else's details.
7. Third-party links and tools
This page may link to or embed third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; their own terms apply.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that: the page and the webinar are provided free of charge and "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from them; and our total liability in connection with them is limited to AED 1,000. If you access this page as a consumer, you keep any rights that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing here reduces them.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. The version in force when you register applies to your registration.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from mandatory protections of UK law, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
