Drasi Real Estate L.L.C, trading as Glidai Properties ("Glidai", "we", "us"), is a real estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: admin@glidaiproperties.com.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this webinar landing page and the marketing that follows from it. Because we are based in the UAE and this page addresses an international audience that includes the United Kingdom, we apply two frameworks: the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and its Executive Regulations, the "PDPL") and, for people in the UK, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us when you register: full name, email address, phone number, and your marketing consent choice.

Data collected automatically when you use the page: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referral source, through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for detail and choices.

We only send marketing if you opted in. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can also opt out any time by writing to admin@glidaiproperties.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.

5. Who we share data with

Service providers that run this page and our marketing for us: hosting (Vercel), analytics and tag management (Google), and advertising platforms (Meta). Also our group companies, professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Your data is processed in the UAE and by providers that may store it in other countries. Where UK personal data leaves the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or transfers to countries with UK adequacy. Transfers out of the UAE follow the PDPL's cross-border transfer rules.

7. How long we keep it

Registration data: up to [24 MONTHS] after the webinar, unless you become a client or candidate, in which case it moves to the records for that relationship. Marketing data: until you opt out, plus a minimal suppression record so we respect the opt-out. Analytics data: per the retention set in the tools listed in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

If you are in the UK, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Under the PDPL you have materially similar rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, including to automated decision-making. Complaints can be raised with the UAE Data Office.

To exercise any right, email admin@glidaiproperties.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the timelines the applicable law sets.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and vetted processors. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Children

This page and the webinar are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
