About the project
Montura 3 marks a new addition at the Grand Polo Club & Resort by Emaar Properties, presenting an exclusive collection of 4 and 5-bedroom villas. Each villa will be envisioned with flowing architectural lines, expansive interiors and sweeping views of lush meadows and active polo grounds.
Montura 3 will offer a thoughtfully curated collection of amenities designed to celebrate the area's rich equestrian heritage.
