About the project
The Forest District is a striking new destination taking shape in Dubai Maritime City. Surrounded by lush landscapes and shimmering blue waters, this eco-conscious residential enclave will introduce a new standard of coastal living. The project will offer a curated selection of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, each designed to optimise natural light, space and coastal views.
