As the latest significant move toward improving Dubai’s real estate sector, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has unveiled its newest innovation — the ‘6005AQARI’ platform.

The software was launched by His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD. This groundbreaking platform has been developed in collaboration with Injaz Real Estate Registration Trustee. It aims to streamline real estate services by offering them remotely via video calls or WhatsApp messages. This move should eliminate time-consuming office visits, which will, as a result, make property transactions more convenient and efficient.

Strategic Partnership for Better Real Estate Services

The inauguration ceremony was attended by key figures in the industry, including Mr. Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Director General of Injaz Real Estate Registration Trustee, alongside several CEOs and directors from DLD. The presence of these leaders demonstrates just how important this initiative is, as it should further improve the efficiency and transparency of real estate transactions in Dubai.

Khalifa Alsalfa, Director of the Real Estate Services Pioneering Department at DLD, emphasized the significance of private-sector collaboration in achieving the department’s ambitious goals. “Partnerships and cooperation with the private sector are fundamental to consolidating Dubai’s leadership in the global real estate sector,” Alsalfa remarked. “This initiative highlights the importance of such collaboration, in line with the vision of our wise leadership for integration and joint efforts between government and private entities.”

Empowering the Real Estate Ecosystem

The ‘6005AQARI’ platform is designed to provide quick and easy real estate services that align with the latest regulations. At the same time, it utilizes Dubai’s advanced digital infrastructure. By offering services through video calls and WhatsApp, the platform enhances client convenience, reducing the need for in-person visits to offices. This is particularly beneficial in situations where time and efficiency are essential.

The platform also offers significant advantages to various stakeholders within the real estate sector. Industry professionals can focus on their core activities without being bogged down by administrative tasks, while property owners and landlords can manage their properties more effectively. Tenants, too, benefit from a smoother experience when handling lease agreements and related services, making the process more user-friendly and transparent.

Reinforcing Dubai’s Leadership in Real Estate

This initiative came just days after DLD signed an agreement with seven developers to provide direct access to its registration system. With it, the waiting time for registering a new property and processing transactions will be shortened from a couple of days to only a few hours.

It shows Dubai’s ongoing commitment to solidifying its position as a global destination for real estate investment. By streamlining real estate transactions and ensuring that all parties receive timely and reliable support, the ‘6005AQARI’ platform once again shows us why the Dubai real estate market is constantly growing.

In 2024, when digital transformation is key to being competitive, DLD’s partnership with Injaz Real Estate Registration Trustee set a new standard for real estate service delivery. As Dubai continues to grow as a leading hub for real estate, initiatives like ‘6005AQARI’ will only help the city to maintain its position.
